FLORENCE, Ky. (WKRC) - Furniture seller Wayfair has followed the trend of other online retailers by opening an actual store, and this one is in Northern Kentucky!
The first brick-and-mortar location for the store is in Florence at 5101 Renegade Way. That's off Ted Bushelman Blvd., which connects Houston Road and Aero Parkway.
"The Wayfair outlet store will officially open this coming Friday, February 15th at 10 a.m.," said a member of Wayfair's PR Team, in an email to Local 12 News. "The store will now be permanently open Fridays and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m."
A spokeswoman for the Boston company says the 20,000-square-foot outlet store will sell items that have been returned but are in good condition, as well as other discounted goods, according to the Associated Press.
"During the three day official opening, customers will receive 20% off already reduced prices throughout the outlet," said a member of Wayfair's PR Team, in an email to Local 12 News.
Also, Wayfair is currently hiring. They are looking for people to fill warehousing roles across all levels in their Hebron, Erlanger, and Florence locations. You can text WayfairKY to 40458 to apply.
