SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) -- A Kettering teenager is hit by two cars while crossing I-70 Wednesday night.

It happened 9:25 pm near mile post 53 in Springfield Township.

Ohio State Patrol Troopers say the 19 year old woman's car broke down and she was crossing the eastbound lanes of the highway from the median.

While she was was crossing she was hit by grey 2012 Honda Civic which was being driven by Jeffrey Black, 56, also of Kettering.

They say the impact sent the woman into the air and when she landed she was still partially in the roadway.

That's when a gold 2000 Chevrolet Malibu hit her again. Terry Hirons,38, of Springfield was driving the Malibu.

The woman who was hit is listed in stable condition at Miami Valley Hospital.
