    Police investigate after man is stabbed, others possibly shot at the same Dayton residence (WRGT/WKEF)<p>{/p}

    UPDATE: Police released the frantic 911 phone call after a man was stabbed and others were possibly shot at the same residence in Dayton Saturday night.

    Dayton Police responded to the stabbing in the 1400 block of Hoover Avenue in Dayton at 6:15 pm Saturday. Later Regional Dispatch confirmed that multiple people arrived at Miami Valley Hospital with gun wounds from the same residence.

    In the 911 call released by the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch, the caller says that her boyfriend stabbed her Papaw in the head.

    "My boyfriend came over here, he was mad because I didn't want to be with him." said the caller.

    "Is somebody hurt?" said dispatcher.

    "Yes, my Papaw got stabbed in the head" said the caller.

    "Ok stay on the line. Where's the person who did this." said dispatcher.

    "He just rolled out with his friends" said the caller.

    Witnesses told dispatch that the suspect left in a grey sedan. At this time the condition of the victims in this incident have not yet been released.

    Dayton Police are still investigating this incident.


    DAYTON, Ohio (WRGT/WKEF) - Police are investigating a stabbing and possible shooting in the 4000 block of Hoover Avenue.

    Montgomery Regional Dispatch say police were called to the home around 6:15 pm for a male who had been stabbed.

    Witnesses told dispatch the suspect left in a gray sedan in an unknown direction.

    Shortly after police arrived on scene, Regional Dispatch says multiple people showed up to the Miami Valley hospital with gun shot wounds and said they were at the same residence on Hoover.

    Police have not released any more information about the incidents or the conditions of the victims at this time.
