One dead after an altercation at McDonald's in Harrison Township

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WRGT/WKEF)- UPDATE: The Montgomery County Coroner's Office has identified the victim from an altercation at McDonald's Saturday morning.

The coroner's office identified Nicholas Malone, 28, from Enon as the deceased victim from the the altercation that took place at the McDonald's on North Main Street.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is still investigating this incident.

One person is dead after an altercation at a McDonald's early Saturday morning.

The incident occurred around 2:43 am at the McDonald's on North Main Street.

In a press release from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, a 32 year-old male driving a Mercury Mountaineer got into physical altercation with the occupants in a Lincoln Towncar and Toyota Camry.

During the altercation the Mountaineer was driving through the parking lot of McDonald's and struck a large rock, causing the Mountaineer to flip over a concrete wall and onto it's side.

According to the press release, the driver of the vehicle was not injured, however the 28-year-old passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Lincoln Towncar and Toyota Camry left the scene before deputies arrived. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is looking for occupants of both the Towncar and the Camry.

This altercation is still under investigation by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
