If you are still looking for an activity to do with your father or grandfather on Father's Day, we have just the thing for you.

The Columbus Zoo will be celebrating Father’s Day by offering free admission to fathers and grandfathers who have at least one of their children or grandchildren with them.

Normally admission is between $11.99 and $21.99. The child’s admission rate will still follow the zoo’s regular admission rules. The child’s age doesn’t matter to count for their father or grandfather’s free admission.

The zoo has recently welcomed new additions to multiple animal families. There have been different types of monkeys and otters that have been born in the past few months.

The zoo also has two new free stage shows, Wild Africa and Surfin’ Safari. Wild Africa happens daily at 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Surfin’ Safari runs daily at 12 p.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., as well as 6 p.m. on weekends only.
