DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - A Centerville teen has been indicted on cruelty to a companion animal after he's accused of attacking his family's dog with a knife.
Caleb Baker, 18, was arrested on Friday, January 11 and is currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
Police were called to Baker's home on a report of domestic violence. When officers arrived, Baker's parents told officer he was "attacking the family dog with a knife."
The dog was seriously injured, but we're told it's expected to survive.
Baker is being held on $150,000 bond.
