Today will be calm with light winds and plenty of sunshine but things change when the clouds increase tonight. Expect a mix bag tomorrow morning starting with some light snow to our north followed by sleet and freezing rain for most of us. This will turn to all freezing rain mid morning then to rain as temps warm above freezing. Some glaze accumulation is possible up to a tenth of an inch so be very careful tomorrow morning.
Rain will wash away a good portion of the snow we got this weekend. Temps will rise near 50 and rain could be heavy at times. We have a decent flood potential especially where rain looks to be the heaviest late afternoon into the evening.
A sleet/snow mix is possible Wednesday as temps drop for the rest of the work week. We are starting a mini dry pattern heading into the weekend. It shall be a few cold mornings Thursday and Friday BUT this weekend looks fantastic SO FAR... We look to return to the 40s with some sunshine even! Welcome to the first full week of March. Thus far there are a lot of ups and downs but some warmer hope for sure!
