1 cup old-fashioned oats
cup almonds, unsalted
cup walnuts, unsalted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. water

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix Cheerios, oats, almonds, walnuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a
large bowl. Stir water and vanilla extract into the oat mixture; spread onto a

National Eating Healthy Day is dedicated to the health and wellness of all Americans. Its vital to maintain a healthy and well-balanced eating pattern as well as engage in physical activity on National Eating Healthy Day and every day. The event encourages everyone to make small changes each day to incorporate healthier food choices.
Materials such as posters, brown bag lunch presentations and healthy holiday recipes to help companies and their employees celebrate this day and start on a path to healthy eating year round, are available by logging on to www.heart.org/nationaleatinghealthyday or by contacting the American Heart Association at 937-853-3101.
