FAIRBORN, Ohio (WRGT/WKEF) -- Nothing like a prime time game to jump start a season. Stebbins and Fairborn entered FOX45’s Thursday Night Lights match up with one win between the two. The Skyhawks soared under the lights, beating the Indians 38-0.

Fairborn caused multiple turnovers to start the game, including a 22-yard interception for a touchdown from Will Coleman. The offense road running back KJ Redmon to three scores.

Stebbins will look to rebound next time out against Xenia. The Skyhawks will carry their momentum on the road to face Trotwood.

"Feels like we put it together tonight, we had a little trouble last week, but we did it this week," Redmon said.

"Oh, it's great! The Hawks nest always bringing out the energy. They brought it, they brought it tonight," Coleman said of the Fairborn student section.

"We just kept on pressing on the gas pedal, didn't want to quit, kept on pounding them in the throat, and we are happy to get this win," Fairborn wide receiver Mark Peterangelo said.
