UPDATE: New Details in FBI-Related Shooting
UPDATE: DAYTON-- One man has died, and two other men were arrested during a FBI involved shooting.  Two of the suspects were in Federal Court today, in Dayton,  facing federal drug charges.

ABC 22/FOX 45 has learned the FBI  was investigating alleged drug dealing when the shooting happened.
Jermaine Coleman Jr.,  was shot and killed by agents.     

 Another suspect, Tobe McLarty, was also shot but is okay. Tyler Christian was arrested.

ABC 22/ FOX 45 had the only reporter in Federal Court, as McLarty and Christian went before the judge, charged with federal drug charges. 

The men  are also charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to harm a federal agent.;
 that weapon, being the  car they were driving, when FBI agents moved in on them at the drive-thru.
 
Demecca Pinson  said  she learned of  her son's death through word of mouth and  social media. 

"They have told us nothing. I'm frustrated, of course. Highly frustrated. If it was your child,  would you like to go through this?" She said. 
   
Pinson said her son would've turned 21 this month, was the father of a little girl

 "She's a 3 year old child that's left behind. So sad. She's going to  be broken hearted and clueless of what's going on and she's going to miss her dad."

UPDATE -- We know more today about a shooting involving the FBI in Miami Township.  The shooting happened Thursday at the Beverage Palace on Kingsridge Drive.

We have learned the FBI was investigating alleged drug dealing when that shooting happened.  One of the suspects, 20-year-old Jermaine Coleman, Jr. was shot and killed.  Another suspect, Tobe McLarty was also shot but is OK.  And a third man, Tyler Christian, was arrested.

Today, McLarty and Christian were both in Federal Court in Dayton, charged with federal drug charges.  They're also charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to harm a federal agent.  That weapon was the car they were driving, when FBI agents moved in on them at the drive-thru.

They were both ordered held without bond, and will be back in court next week.

The family of Jermaine Coleman, Jr. tell us they're upset and haven't been told anything about the investigation or the shooting.  They say they had to find out about Jermaine's shooting online.

MIAMI TWP -- We have confirmed one person shot at a Miami Township drive-thru has died. The coroner's office tells us 20-year-old Jermaine Coleman, Jr. died from his injuries.

Coleman was shot while agents from the FBI were in the middle of an investigation.  The shooting happened at the Beverage Palace on Kingsridge Drive.

Two suspects were shot, a third was taken into custody.  The FBI is still being tight-lipped about what led them to the drive-thru.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and Miami Township police are also investigating the shooting.

UPDATE -- Statement on the Kingsridge Drive shooting incident from the FBI Cincinnati:

Special Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) today were conducting an investigation in the area of 8980 Kingsridge Drive in Miami Township, OH.  Three subjects were taken into custody.  Two of these subjects were transported by medics and fire personnel to a nearby medical facility after sustaining gunshot wounds.

By protocol, an independent review team from FBI Headquarters will conduct an investigation.  Miami Township Police and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office will also be investigating this incident which occurred in their jurisdictions.

MIAMI TWP. -- The FBI and police are on the scene of a shooting at the Beverage Palace drive through on Kingsridge Drive.

Our news crew at the scene says there were two ambulances and two people transported from the scene.

A person at McDonald's next to the drive through told us that they heard four gunshots from the Beverage Palace and called 911.

We'll bring you the latest on this breaking story as information is available.
