Here's a break-down of each company we ordered from including what was received, the test results on the glassess themselves and the return policies at each company.

This pair performed the worst out of all three. The left side was .50 stronger in power than the prescription and the astigmatism axis was off by 12. The right side and astigmatism adjustment and axis was within normal parameters. The pupillary distance was off by 2.* These glasses did not have any blue-blocking coating.
EyeBuyDirect provides a 365-day warranty to cover any manufacturing defect. They will remake any glasses made incorrectly free of charge within this window. They also have a 15-day fit guarantee. We contacted them for a refund and they supplied us with a pre-paid shipping label to return the glasses, as well as 100 percent of the money back. They did say that returned glasses are collected by an appointed agency and directly forwarded to different charitable institutions. The right side was .50 stronger in power than the prescription. The pupilary distance was off by 1. The astigmatism adjustment was within normal parameters.* These glasses were tinted a little yellow for blue blocking but the experts tell us blue blocking lenses should be a purple tint.
Zenni has a 30-day return policy for any reason with an option of either a 100 percent store credit or a 50 percent refund less shipping and discounts. If the glasses were made incorrectly, they will remake them for free. It is unclear if they offer a 100 percent refund for manufacturing mistakes. We had to buy our own shipping label to return the glasses. We are waiting on our refund to be processed and will let you know what it is, as soon as we know. *The prescription is not the only concern when buying glasses online. The wearer of these glasses was looking a bit higher through the glasses than where the prescription was centered up to so even though one of the prescriptions was perfect, the fit was not.
