Mother of baby who overdosed on suspected fentanyl in Dayton sentenced to prison time
DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - The mother of a baby who overdosed on suspected fentanyl was sentenced to 18 months at the Ohio Reformatory for Women.
Carmen Lovely pleaded guilty to child endangering in March. She was the one to call 911 last July, and said her daughter was unresponsive. The baby girl, who was 10 months old at the time, reportedly tested positive for fentanyl at Dayton Children's Hospital, as did both of her parents.
The baby's father, Andrew Reboulet, as sentenced to 100 hours of community work, will have to attend the Monday Program, and is also ordered to have no contact with drugs or alcohol.
