Two hikers reported injured at Caesar Creek State Park
UPDATE: Two people have been taken to the hospital after showing signs of hypothermia while on a run through Caesar Creek State Park.
A firefighter on scene says a group of people were out on a run when a woman fell, injuring her hip.
Her boyfriend stayed behind with her to wait for help, but there was a miscommunication about their location.
Rescue teams used ATVs to locate the couple, and they were transported out of the area by boat.
WARREN CO., Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - Two hikers were reported injured while hiking at Caesar Creek State Park in Wayne Township Saturday afternoon, according to the Warren County Sheriff's department.
Several rescue units were initially sent to the state park to search for the hikers.
The two hikers have been found and no one else has been reported missing.
