New DPS Board member sworn in to fill vacancy
DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - The Dayton Public Schools Board of Education swore in a new member Tuesday night to fill a vacancy left by Adil Baguirov.
Rev. William E. Harris, Jr., has the most votes when he was elected to the Board on November 8, and was sworn in at the business meeting less than two weeks later.
